Your gifts to the St. Mary’s Fund support academics, athletics, extracurricular activities, the arts, faith development, service opportunities and so much more. It also provides tuition assistance so all students are able to receive the benefit of a St. Mary’s education.

The St. Mary’s Fund helps bridge the gap between the actual cost of education for each St. Mary’s student and the tuition rate, which is more than $5,000 per student. That gap of nearly $5,000 represents all the things that make St. Mary’s really special – including retaining our amazing faculty, a full array of arts classes, service opportunities that expand students’ worldviews, staying on the cutting edge of technology and more. It also helps keep a St. Mary’s Academy education accessible to many of our students who wouldn’t be able to afford it otherwise.

Every donor, at any level, makes a difference.

We invite everyone in the St. Mary’s community to make a personally significant contribution to the St. Mary’s Fund. Whether you give $50 or $50,000, your donation will enrich the lives of each St. Mary’s student every day.

Contributions of appreciated stock, or other capital assets that have increased in value, can result in significant tax savings. The current full value of the gift can generally be deducted, and the capital gains tax on the amount of appreciation is avoided.

Many companies offer matching gift programs that will double, even triple a donation's value. If you have questions about your company’s matching gift program, please contact your Human Resources office.

St. Mary’s partners with Volunteers of America Oregon to sell your car, motorcycle, truck, boat, motor home, etc. and have the proceeds of the sale benefit St. Mary’s Academy. The vehicle doesn’t even need to be running – Volunteers of America will tow within a 50 mile radius! If you're interested in learning more and beginning the process of donating your car to St. Mary's, please begin by completing the intake form here and select St. Mary’s as the beneficiary.
