Scholarship Giving

Throughout our history, St. Mary’s Academy has honored its founding commitment to provide a quality, college-preparatory Catholic education to young women regardless of their family’s financial ability to pay full tuition. St. Mary’s annual and endowed scholarships provide vital resources to ensure all young women can access and benefit from a St. Mary’s Academy education.

Contact St. Mary's Senior Director of Leadership Gifts, Coralynn Arrigotti, at coralynn.arrigotti@smapdx.org or 971.256.9968 to learn more about establishing a scholarship.

Endowed Scholarships

Endowed scholarships are established with a minimum gift of $10,000 and become part of St. Mary's endowment portfolio. Endowed scholarships exist in perpetuity and a portion of the interest earned on the principal of the fund is used to provide scholarships and tuition assistance.

Annual Scholarships

Annual scholarships at St. Mary's Academy are defined as a yearly contribution of at least $1,000 directed to a scholarship. These scholarships are awarded in their entirety each year to selected students. The expectation is that the donor(s) will renew the minimum contribution of $1,000 on an annual basis for at least four years, while their recipient is attending St. Mary's.
