Our largest annual fundraising event of the year raises critical dollars that support our girls in the classroom, on the athletic field, and through many extracurricular activities that we offer.

This year, our Bids for Kids gifts will be raised in honor of The Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. Please join us in celebrating the remarkable contributions of the SNJM Sisters by generously contributing. Your support will not only empower the young women of today, but also honors the inspiring legacy of the Sisters who have profoundly impacted St. Mary's Academy. Their dedication to education and community has shaped countless lives. Together, we can continue to uphold and extend their incredible work.

Free Tuition Raffle

Support SMA by selling raffle tickets and you could win free tuition or a party for your graduate!

DETAILS: For every $500 in raffle tickets your family sells or buys, you receive one entry into our drawing to WIN FREE TUITION (yes, totally free!) for the 2025-26 school year or the graduation party of your dreams! There is no limit to how many entries you can earn! NEW THIS YEAR: the raffle winner can choose either free tuition or the graduation party of your dreams! The graduation party includes: reserved premium seats at graduation, custom party supplies, catering and ice cream for 50 people, and more!

NOTE: Please include your student’s name on the raffle forms, and ask friends to do the same if purchasing tickets online. Tickets can be sold or bought in any combination equal to $500 to count toward entry.

RAFFLE INFORMATION: Free tuition drawing winner will be announced on Friday, April 11, 2025. Auction raffle drawings will take place on April 5, 2025 at 10:00 p.m. at The Oregon Convention Center. Need not be present to win. No refunds or exchanges.

The graduation party of your dreams includes:

· Eight (8) reserved front row seats at graduation

· A custom invitation to your graduation party for you to mail.

· 75 custom plates and cups and 150 custom napkins with your graduate’s name, graduation date and any fun information you want to include.

· Catering at your home or location of choice for two hours serving up to 50 guests.

· Custom ice cream flavor and service at your home or location of choice for two hours, serving up to 50 guests.

· A $200 gift card to Costco to purchase beverages.
