3.READ and RESEARCH the show. The more you know about the plot and characters, the better audition choices you will make. Look at YouTube, mtishows.com, Wikipedia, etc… Learn as much as you can about the show. Think about choices you might make as the different characters.
4.READ any director’s notes on character and style. It will tell you what direction she is thinking about for the show.
5.Prepare and Practice and audition materials posted (monologues, sides, etc).
SIGN UP FOR AN AUDITION TIME
1.On the theatre board outside room 105, write your name down on one of the audition time slots.
2.Come to the audition about 15 minutes early to fill out an audition form.
1.You will be taken through a warm up with improvisation games and exercises. Just relax and get your self into the creative space.

You will be divided into groups and given a little time to work something out with the other auditioners. The more prepared you are by reading and thinking about choices for the sides, the better this part of the audition will be for you.

2.Callbacks will consist of cold readings from the script and anything else the Director needs to make her casting choices.
3.The cast list will be posted no later than Friday after school and can be found on Schoology page and theatre website.
