Congratulations to the Recipients of the Advanced Leadership Endorsement

We’re so proud of our 2019 Advanced Leadership Endorsement cohort!

At the time of graduation, these seniors will have completed:

  • Personal leadership reflection
  • Body of evidence of leadership work
  • Linked-In profile
  • Presentation

While not every Cohort student has completed their presentation to date, many have, and their presentations have demonstrated their commitment to leadership as a skill. We have seen their growth and reflection as they’ve honed this skill over their time at St. Mary’s Academy. Students highlighted communications, empathy, integrity, growth mindset, resilience and honesty as just a few of their leadership values.

The future is bright in their capable hands. As one student said, “I feel so confident going into college having reflected on all my skills and experience.”

St. Mary’s Academy has the distinct honor of being the first high school in Oregon to award young women an Advanced Leadership Endorsement upon graduation. Thank you again to the many faculty, staff, parents and alumnae who have helped us craft this vision for what young women can achieve!
