Racing to Change: Oregon's Civil Rights Years

We are pleased to invite you to an evening centered around the traveling exhibit Racing to Change: Oregon’s Civil Rights Years. This powerful exhibit highlights Oregon’s civil rights history and the individuals and communities who worked to create lasting change. The evening will bring together students, families, alumni, partners, and community members for reflection, learning, and connection.

Pre-Event for BIPOC Families

Before we open the evening to the wider school community, we would be honored for you to join us at 5 p.m. for a special pre-event gathering centered around Racing to Change: Oregon’s Civil Rights Years. This intentional space is designed to welcome BIPOC guests and community members to connect, reflect, and experience the exhibit in a more intimate setting.\

During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with the stories and history highlighted in the traveling exhibit, connect with community members, and ground yourself in the powerful narratives that shape the evening’s larger program.
