Tuition, Financial Aid, and Scholarships

St. Mary's Academy utilizes FACTS for our online student billing provider.

PLAN A - FULL PAYMENT
One tuition payment of $16,795 is due on or before August 15. (This includes the $300 Academic Fee,and a $20 FACTS annual enrollment fee).

PLAN B - TWO EQUAL PAYMENTS

Two tuition payments of $8,407.50 (this includes an additional $20 annual FACTS enrollment fee with FACTS and the $300 Academic Fee). The first payment is due on or before August 15, and the second payment is due on or before December 15.

PLAN C - TEN EQUAL PAYMENTS

Ten monthly payments of $1,682.50 (this includes an additional $50 annual FACTS enrollment fee and the $300 Academic Fee). The first payment is due on or before August 15 and each subsequent payment is due on or before the 15th of each month thereafter until and including May 15. These payments will be made through an electronic transfer system, credit card or check.

PLAN D - ELEVEN EQUAL PAYMENTS

Eleven monthly payments of $1,530 (this includes an additional $50 annual FACTS enrollment fee and the $300 Academic Fee). The first payment is due on or before August 15 and each subsequent payment is due on or before the 15th of each month thereafter until and including June 15. These payments will be made through an electronic transfer system, credit card or check.

St. Mary's Academy does not refund prepaid tuition after February 28 of each academic year. Students who make a decision to withdraw from SMA prior to March 1 and have prepaid tuition will receive a pro-rated tuition refund per the following chart:

What is the school's policy concerning registration fee refund?

St. Mary's Academy regards the payment of a registration fee as a commitment to attend St. Mary's Academy and uses this commitment when determining staffing needs. Therefore, it is the policy of St. Mary's Academy not to refund any of the registration fee for non-returning students.

If families provide their own iPad is there a discount to tuition?

St. Mary's Academy obtains the iPads by other financial means that do not include tuition. So there is no discount or credit to tuition if families "opt out" of using a school provided iPad.
