SMA Virtual Strength and Conditioning Workouts


St. Mary's is offering virtual strength and conditioning workouts again this school year under the direction of SMA Strength Coach Brittiany Roberts. With an undergraduate degree in exercise science and certification as a strength and conditioning specialist, Coach Roberts lends her experience as a former collegiate basketball player to her training programs. She returns for her third year at St. Mary's and invites all students to join, no previous experience necessary, attend as your schedule allows!

Afterschool sessions are held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 pm and can be found at:

(during Thanksgiving Week sessions will be held at 9 am Monday and Tuesday only)
