Fall Sport Season 1 Options

Cross Country

Wednesday Workouts 3:00 pm; beginning Jan. 27.

Saturday Long Runs 10:00 am; beginning Jan. 23.

Tuesday and Thursday Zoom Workouts: 5-6:00 pm.

In order to participate in the in-person activities, students must complete school eligibility requirements prior to their first session. Students who have travelled out of the state within 14 days from the session, are not eligible to participate for 14 days post-return. Participation is completely optional and will have no bearing on team placement this coming winter in Season 2, the OSAA competitive cross country season. 

Soccer

Head Coach Rochelle Hearns is holding optional in-person soccer conditioning and skill sessions for all interested SMA students. The in-person sessions are held at Buckman Field on the following days/dates:  Fridays in January 15, 22 & 29; 3:00-4:20 pm

Tuesdays and Fridays in February 2, 5, 9, 12; 3:45 - 5 pm

Participation is completely optional and will have no bearing on team selection this coming winter in Season 2, the OSAA competitive soccer season.

 

Volleyball

Due to current restriction on indoor athletic activities, volleyball training sessions are not being held. Students interested in participating in the scheduled upcoming Season 2 activity are encouraged to participate in virtual SMA virtual Strength and Conditioning Workouts hosted by SMA Strength and Conditioning Coach Brittiany Roberts.
