Transfer Applicants

Create an account in the Admissions Portal!  Once your account is created, email your unofficial transcripts to admissions so that we may review your credits and make sure we can keep you on track towards graduation.  Be sure to include a list of your classes you will take in the spring semester (if they aren't on your transcript).  This is a great step to do before you get too far along in the application process.

Transfer applicants are invited to spend a day with us in the spring semester. This allows us to prioritize our fall visit days for our 9th grade applicants who must apply by January 13.  Want to visit sooner?  You and your parents may attend any of our available tour options. Contact us if you don't see one that fits your schedule.

Spring Student Visits:  A typical transfer student visit is 8:30 am - 1:45 pm and includes 3 classes and lunch (on us!).  When you schedule, we'll do our best to match you with a host who shares interests with you or is in classes that you may want to visit.

The following forms are available in the admissions portal for the family to complete:

• Admissions Application (demographics and $65 fee)
• Student Questionnaire
• Parent Questionnaire
• Parent/Guardian Release Form

Admissions Portal

Our recommendation forms and records request form will be emailed directly to your teachers, once you enter their information into the Admissions Portal.  Teachers must use our forms.

1. Current English Teacher Recommendation
2. Current Math Teacher Recommendation
3. Principal/Counselor Recommendation (optional)
4. School Records -Official transcript that includes the most recent semester. We will also ask for any available standardized test scores, behavior, and attendance records. 

Financial aid for transfer applicants is very limited.  For priority consideration, apply for financial aid by March 31.  To apply, parents must submit:

1. FACTS Financial Aid Application
2. 2022 Federal Tax return (or most recently completed tax return)
3. 2022 W-2's (if applicable)
4. Letter explaining any special circumstances that may not be covered in the FACTS application, and or more information about why you are requesting assistance.

 Applications received after March 31 will be reviewed based upon available funds. 

Financial aid award notifications will be sent in mid-May.
