Lost or Stolen iPad

Unfortunately iPads can be lost or stolen. When this happens contact the Tech Help @ SMA staff right away. Here is what they will do:

  1. Place an alert on the management system so when the lost iPad reappears on the internet we are notified.
  2. Obtain information from student to transfer the last iCloud backup to a replacement iPad so that minimal school work time is lost.
  3. Provide a temporary protective case so the family can obtain a new case either from local store or internet.
  4. Will send further information to families regarding reimbursement if the iPad does not find its way back to the school or the family within 90 days.
