We are happy to welcome college representatives to St. Mary's Academy. For Fall of 2019 appointments can be scheduled via RepVisits in Naviance.
Fall visits will begin the week of September 9th. Some dates are not available because of holidays, special all-school events, teacher in-service, or PSAT testing. We operate on a modified block schedule which changes each day. Visits are generally 30-40 minutes.
If you are not able to find an appointment that works, email Erica Wells, College Counseling Program Coordinator, at email@example.com to make arrangements.
Our building is located in the heart of downtown Portland, surrounded by Portland State University, businesses, restaurants, and parks. Parking can be a challenge, so please allow extra time to find a space. We are also on the Portland transit mall, with yellow and green MAX line stops right outside our front door.
When arriving, please check in at the front office, on your right as you come through our front door, and they will provide you with a visitors badge and direct you to the counseling center.
Our school profile is available here. It is published each year in September and includes information about graduation requirements, grading scale, honors and Advanced Placement offerings and college admissions test scores.
St. Mary’s Academy is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, the National Catholic Education Association, National Coalition of Girls’ Schools, and the Oregon School Activities Association. We are accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools.
