STAMP Test Information

STAMP Test Proficiency

Students may use STAMP tests to demonstrate proficiency in more than 30 languages, including English. 

A proficient STAMP score is 6 or higher in every individual domain of the STAMP 4S exam (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) and  a score of 6 or higher in both Writing and Speaking on a STAMP WS exam.

2026 SMA STAMP Testing DATES

Friday, Feb 27 - LAST DAY to sign up for STAMP Testing

March 16 (Rose Day) STAMP World Language tests administered beginning at 1:30

Thursday, April 9th 3:30 - 5:30pm: STAMP English tests administered

Saturday, April 11 at 8:30am: STAMP Make-up exams

Sample STAMP Tests

There are different formats of the STAMP tests, including 4S, and WS. The format is determined by the language selected. Before test day, we strongly recommend taking a sample test using the correct link below. Take time to practice using the recording tools on the speaking test and if relevant, review the surveys on the WS test.
