Blues Bridge Walk
The St. Mary’s student fundraiser is a way for all students to support their school!  As a SMA parent, you can support your daughter by helping her fundraise, which kicks off in September, and volunteer on October 10 to celebrate with and help guide 675 students on the culminating Blues Bridge Walk.  Or join us on movie day as we celebrate our fundraising success!

Food for Thought Luncheon
The 20th annual Food for Thought, scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, benefits the tuition assistance program at St. Mary’s.  It brings together more than 750 parents, alumnae, and community leaders in support of our school and the 41 percent of students who receive need-based tuition assistance.

Be part of the school's largest fundraising event of the year!  The St. Mary’s Auction is one of most spectacular in town and will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2014.  Parent and alumnae volunteers play a key role in assisting with item procurement, raffle ticket sales, event decorations, and day-of-event activities.

Raffle squad (January through April) - You could sell the winning raffle ticket for a new car or trip!  Join the team that leads raffle ticket sales.  It may help you win free tuition (for every $500 in tickets you sell, you’ll be entered into a drawing for free tuition for the 2014-2015 school year)!

Procurement team (now through April) - Do you have great ideas about what would make fantastic auction packages (vacation homes, airline miles, tickets to arts or sporting events, high-end merchandise)?  Do you know who might be able to donate these great items?  The procurement team is the place for you! 

Auction prep – Assist with packaging of silent auction items, gift certificate stuffing, basketing and other tasks to prepare for the auction.

Auction set-up 1– Event prep, assist with unloading all auction items and supplies at the Oregon Convention Center. Help set-up tables and get all items to their appropriate place.

Auction set-up 2– Help with final touches on silent auction area and placement of table decorations.

Auction night – Various volunteer opportunities including check-in, table hosts, runners, etc.
