Eight St. Mary’s Academy students selected for the Oregon All-State Choir, one freshman selected for the Oregon All-State Orchestra
Eight St. Mary’s Academy students have been selected to sing in the Oregon Music Educator’s All-State Choir, and one freshman has been accepted into the Oregon Music Educator’s All-State Orchestra. These nine students will be joining some of the best student-musicians from across the state to perform at the Oregon Music Education Association Conference on Sunday, January 18, 2015 in Eugene, Ore. SMA closed on Monday, November 10
We are extremely proud of our students and the hard work they put into achieving our all school goal for the Blues Bridge Walk. They worked diligently to raise $110,000 to support student activities and school programs. We are happy to award them a well-earned day off of school on Monday, November 10. As a reminder, there is no school the following day – Tuesday, November 11 – in observance of Veteran’s Day.

More than $1.6 million in financial aid has been committed for the 2014-15 school year to 41 percent of St. Mary’s students and funding for financial aid is one of the school’s greatest needs.
