St. Mary's Academy student honored for community service
Sophomore Angela Sivers has received the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medal of Honor from the St. Andrew Parish for her work in community service and social justice. Angela participates in St. Mary's Campus Ministry, the SNJM JPN Youth Forum and her church's Bible camp. She was recently selected to attend the HOBY leadership conference. Freshman students win United Nations essay contest
St. Mary's Academy students Ames Vinson '19 and Natalia Garcia '19 placed first and third in the UNA-USA Oregon & SW Washington Essay Contest for their essays on the United Nations' Declaration of Human Right. The two freshmen faced competition from all high school grade levels. Read more
