Welcome to the St. Mary's Academy Athletic Department Announcements Page!

Included on this page you will find information regarding upcoming activities involving the St. Mary's Academy Athletic Department.

Why wait until August to worry about getting your athletic physical scheduled? OHSU Sports Medicine is offering comprehensive athletic physicals for St. Mary’s students on Thursday, May 28th from 5-6:30 PM at the Center for Health & Healing, 3303 SW Bond Ave., 12th floor. Students should bring the first page of the OSAA Athletic Pre-Participation form completed and signed by their parent along with the $30 fee; checks made out to St. Mary’s Academy.

This one-time opportunity for the 2015-16 school year is offered as a courtesy by OHSU. Families may enlist other providers meeting the state requirements (listed on the bottom of the state-mandated form) to complete their student’s exam and are responsible for submitting to St. Mary’s Athletic Department prior to participation in athletic tryouts/practices for the 2015-16 school year. Fall sports (cross country, soccer & volleyball) begin on August 17, 2015.

In order to assist in staffing, kindly RSVP to St. Mary's Academy Athletics.

Athletic physical are good for two years; typically incoming freshman and juniors need exams. Please check your student’s Family Link account under “Guidance” to find the date of the last form on file with the school for your student.
