The application process for freshman applicants consists of the steps below.
Transfer applicants are encouraged to call the admissions office at 503-721-7725 for information on the transfer process.
____Schedule a Shadow Visit (not required, but highly recommended) by calling the Office of Admissions at (503) 721-7725. Visits begin in October and end in April. Early scheduling is recommended as dates fill up quickly.
____Register for the Placement Exam at St. Mary's Academy. Testing is offered Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Monday, December 5, 2011 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If the Placement Exam is taken at another Catholic high school, request that scores be sent to St. Mary's. If you miss the December Placement Exam, contact the Office of Admisions to learn about make-up options.
____Submit the below application components with a $50 non-refundable application fee to the Office of Admissions by January 13, 2012. Scroll down to pay online with paypal.

____Submit the below forms to the appropriate people at your daughter's current middle school. Recommendation forms and middle school transcrips should be completed and received by the Office of Admissions by February 3, 2012.

____Applicant Family Interview. After receiving your completed application, the Office of Admissions will contact you in late January to schedule a family interview. Interviews will take place in early February.
