We highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader (9.2) as older versions may experience problems. Click here to download the latest free version of Adobe Reader for your system. You may edit, save, print and/or email the files. Thus, you may submit them electronically to admissions@stmaryspdx.org or print/mail them to the Office of Admissions.
