Application Process
Checklist for admission:
- Schedule a Full Day Visit (not required, but highly recommended) by calling the Office of Admissions at (503) 721-7725. Visits begin in October and end in April. Early scheduling is recommended as dates fill up quickly.
- Register for the Placement Exam at St. Mary's Academy. Testing is offered Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Monday, December 6, 2010 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If the Placement Exam is taken at another Catholic high school, request scores be sent to St. Mary's. If you miss the December Placement Exam, St. Mary's encourages you to take a makeup exam. Please contact the Office of Admissions at (503) 721-7725 to reserve your seat.
- Submit the following with the $50 non-refundable application fee by January 14, 2011.
- Financial Aid (if applicable). The freshman form must be mailed to the processing center in Lakewood, Ohio by January 14, 2011.

- Recommendation Forms should be returned by February 4, 2011.
- Submit Request for Records Form to applicant's current school. Transcripts must include at least one grading period from the current grade. School Records are due in the Office of Admissions by February 4, 2011.
- Applicant Family Interview. After receiving the completed Application for Admission, the Office of Admissions will contact you in late January to schedule a family interview. Interviews will take place in early February.
