We are excited that you are considering St.Mary’s Academy (SMA) for high school!

This year, St. Mary’s celebrates 154 years of educating young women at our vibrant campus in downtown Portland. SMA offers a challenging, college-preparatory program aimed at establishing a solid intellectual foundation from which our students can grow and succeed. Our holistic approach, which includes athletics, activities, service and leadership, aids students in becoming confident, compassionate and capable young women who are ready to lead and serve. Our rich tradition, steeped in the Catholic faith, nurtures each student’s spirituality and encourages them to explore and expand their faith. Our candidates for the Class of 2017 are nothing short of stellar.  We send our warmest congratulations to the incoming freshman students and can't wait to see them all at Welcome Night on April 18th.
